Marketing claim substantiation checking
Check marketing copy against advertising rules and the evidence held to support each claim, flagging unsubstantiated performance, environmental, or comparative claims before publication.

Opportunity assessment
Minor improvement. Small efficiency gain with limited effect on overall turnover or bottom line.
Moderate effort. Requires configuration, prompt engineering, and testing. A capable team can get there but expect several months.
Moderate data needs. Works with data most businesses hold, but will likely need consolidation, cleaning, or reformatting before use.
Moderate risk. Some customer or external exposure. Errors create rework or reputational impact but are recoverable.
Light people impact. A new tool slots into an existing workflow. Minimal training needed. Most people will adapt quickly.

Things to consider
The CMA's Green Claims Code and the ASA's rules on environmental claims have both tightened, and vague sustainability wording is now a live enforcement risk rather than a theoretical one (CMA).
The check only works if substantiation evidence is filed against each claim. Building that evidence register is the real project; the AI is the interface to it.
Flag and escalate rather than block. A model that blocks publication of compliant copy will be routed around within a fortnight.
Experiment starter: Run a quarter of published campaign copy through a claims check against your evidence register. Every claim it flags with no supporting evidence on file is an exposure you already have.

Contract review and clause risk flagging
Review inbound contracts against the company's playbook of acceptable positions, flagging non-standard clauses — liability caps, indemnities, termination, auto-renewal — with the preferred alternative wording.
NDA triage and standard-term approval
Automatically assess inbound NDAs against a pre-approved position, approve those that match, and escalate only the ones with material deviations, with the deviations highlighted.
Legal research and precedent summarisation
Summarise relevant legislation, regulator guidance, and internal precedent for a specific question, with citations, giving the in-house team a researched starting point rather than a blank page.
