What do I get for free?
A free account gives you access to Section 1 (Orientation) including the Orientation Facilitation Guide download, the interactive AI Readiness self-assessment, and the AI Readiness Toolkit PDF download.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade from free to Practitioner at any time. Your progress and account are preserved.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you revert to the free tier. Any PDFs you downloaded are yours to keep.
Can I switch from quarterly to annual?
Yes. You can upgrade to annual at any time. The switch isn't pro-rated — your new annual billing starts from the date you switch. All your progress, checklist items, and downloaded tools are preserved.
Why annual instead of quarterly?
The playbook is actively maintained — new tools, updated sections, and subscriber-only articles launch throughout the year. Annual subscribers get everything as it lands, at 62% less than four quarters. Quarterly is there if you prefer flexibility.
