About these terms

These terms govern your use of transformationplaybook.ai, operated by Sqwyz Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for a single user. Sharing login credentials with others is not permitted.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free and paid access

A free account provides access to Section 1 (Orientation), the Orientation Facilitation Guide, the interactive AI Readiness Assessment, and the AI Readiness Toolkit. No credit card is required for a free account.

Practitioner subscriptions provide access to all 15 playbook sections, 95+ downloadable tools and templates, subscriber-only articles, and all features described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed quarterly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account billing page. On cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

You can switch from quarterly to annual billing at any time. The new annual billing period starts from the date you switch.

Refund policy

The playbook includes downloadable digital content (PDF tools, templates, and facilitation guides). Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, once you access or download digital content, you lose your statutory right to cancel and receive a refund.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that digital content will be made available to you immediately and that you consent to lose your right of withdrawal once you access or download any content.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to content you have paid for, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on transformationplaybook.ai, including playbook sections, tools, templates, facilitation guides, articles, and the AI Opportunities directory, is the intellectual property of Sqwyz Ltd.

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content within your organisation. You are permitted to download, print, and use the tools and templates for internal business purposes.

You are not permitted to redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make the content available to third parties outside your organisation. If you are a consultant or facilitator wishing to use the content with clients, please contact us to discuss licensing options.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Account deletion is subject to a 30-day grace period, during which your data is retained and your account can be recovered. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account will cancel your subscription. Any PDFs you have already downloaded are yours to keep.

Limitation of liability

The playbook provides general guidance for AI programme planning and delivery. It is not professional advice. Sqwyz Ltd is not liable for decisions made or outcomes achieved based on the content provided.

We do not guarantee that the content is suitable for your specific circumstances. You should seek professional advice where appropriate before making significant business decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sqwyz Ltd's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
