What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and understand how you use it. Some cookies are essential for the site to function; others help us improve the experience.

Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function. They handle authentication, security, and remembering your cookie choices. You cannot opt out of these while using the service, as they are necessary to maintain your logged-in session.
Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the playbook, which sections are most popular, and where people get stuck. This data is used to improve the product. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them via the cookie banner, and are off by default.
Advertising cookies
We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to measure whether our paid ads lead to free account signups and subscriptions. When you accept advertising cookies, the pixel records that you saw or clicked an ad and reports back events like creating a free account or subscribing, so we can tell which ads are worth running.
We also use Meta's Conversions API, which sends the same signup and subscription events to Meta directly from our server. This exists to catch events that browser-based tracking misses (ad blockers, Safari/iOS tracking protections). It does not bypass your cookie choice. We only send these server-side events for visitors who accepted advertising cookies, and the data we send is limited to a hashed (not plain-text) version of your email address, your IP address, browser type, and the specific event (e.g. “created an account”). Advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel, are off by default.
Managing cookies
You can change your analytics and advertising choices at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of any page.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and using the app.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if we add new services or change how we use cookies. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version.
