Contradictory comments between reviewers are common and must be surfaced, not silently resolved. Configure the model to flag conflicts for a decision rather than pick one.
Comments arrive in whatever format the reviewer prefers — email, spreadsheet, photograph annotations, verbal notes in a fit session. Getting them into one place is most of the work and is a process fix, not an AI fix.
Amendment lists go to suppliers, often across a language barrier. Ask the model for short, unambiguous, imperative instructions rather than a summary of the discussion.
Experiment starter: Take one fit session with four reviewers and thirty samples. Have the model produce the consolidated amendment list and compare it against the one the technologist produced manually, checking specifically for dropped comments.
