You need a written clause playbook before you start. Most legal teams hold their acceptable positions in the heads of two lawyers, and the model cannot flag deviation from a standard that has never been written down.
The output is a triage aid, not advice. A qualified lawyer must own the final position, and the record should show that they did.
Experiment starter: Take fifty contracts already reviewed by your legal team. Run them through clause flagging and compare against the issues the lawyers actually raised. Count both misses and noise. Misses are the disqualifier.
